We are revolutionizing how Pay-per-Click is run and managed on the world’s biggest marketplace, Amazon. Our software is used by small sellers and large brands to manage and optimize their advertising effort on Amazon. We are the first company to offer a 100% automated Amazon Sponsored Ads solution and we continue to shape this fast-growing industry with cutting-edge software innovations.

We are looking for a User Success Assistant to help with onboarding new users and brands and helping them succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

• • You are a self-starter, detail oriented and able to follow standard procedures

• • You have at least 1 year of experience in Pay per Click management (Amazon Sponsored Products experience a plus)

• • Your dream is to work in a remote, fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment

• • You are available to work on US hours (Graveyard shift)

• • You have analytical skills, are passionate about numbers and enjoy working with and understandding them
  • You must be an empathic person, love connecting with people, sharing your knowledge and strive to offer a great user support experience
  • You must be willing to learn

By the end of your training period, you will be able to provide insightful technical answers and recommend creative ways for Amazon Sellers to get the most out of the Zon.Tools platform
